Cancellation Policy
- To allow us enough time to adjust route schedules, Wave House require 24-hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice but at least 2 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to twenty-five dollars ($25.00 USD).
- Cancellations made with 2 or less hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full booking cost of the scheduled Services will be charged. If we’re unable to gain access to your service location at the appointed time, a lock-out fee equal to the full booking cost of the scheduled Services will be charged.
- Please note that appointments have a one (1) hour window for arrival, meaning Wave House service providers will arrive within one (1) hour of the scheduled time of arrival.
